Acceptance of Terms

By accessing shipfront.dev or submitting your email to our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Shipfront.

If you are using Shipfront on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

The Service

Shipfront is a discovery engine for indie software, currently in pre-launch. The service available at this time consists of:

• An informational landing page describing Shipfront's planned features.
• A waitlist registration system that allows users to reserve early access.

Shipfront is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during this pre-launch period. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

Waitlist Registration

When you join the waitlist, you:

• Confirm that the email address you provide is your own and that you are authorised to receive correspondence at it.
• Consent to receiving email communications from Shipfront relating to product updates, launch announcements, and early access invitations.
• Agree that joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the product, specific features, or any pricing mentioned at the time of registration.

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing privacy@shipfront.dev.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Attempt to register multiple email addresses to circumvent waitlist ordering.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the site using automated means.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the site's infrastructure or API endpoints.
• Use the site in violation of any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates these terms, at our sole discretion.

Intellectual Property

All content on shipfront.dev — including text, logos, designs, graphics, and code — is the property of Shipfront and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the site without our express written permission.

The Shipfront name, logo, and "Golden Harbour" design system are unregistered trademarks of Shipfront. Use of these marks without permission is prohibited.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Shipfront is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• Accuracy or completeness of any information on the site.

We do not warrant that the site will be available at any particular time or that any stated launch timeline will be met.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shipfront and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the site or waitlist service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed £100 GBP (or your local currency equivalent).

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Shipfront evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. If the changes are significant, we may notify waitlist members by email.

Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are located in a jurisdiction that does not allow certain limitations of liability or warranty disclaimers, those limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.
